3. Donation Subscriptions

All donations are recurring monthly subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize HopeTogether to charge your payment method monthly until you cancel your subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
All donations are processed securely through Cashfree payment gateway

4. Use of Funds

We are committed to transparency in how donations are used:

Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Here's how cancellations work:

Immediate Effect: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing us at connect@hopetogether.help
No Questions Asked: We respect your decision to cancel without requiring explanations
End of Billing Cycle: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
No Future Charges: Once canceled, you will not be charged in subsequent months
Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation

2. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription through any of these methods:

Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same period
Technical Errors: If a technical error resulted in an incorrect charge amount
Unauthorized Transactions: If you notice charges you did not authorize
Processing Errors: If your subscription was not properly canceled but charges continued

3.2 Not Eligible for Refund:

Monthly subscriptions that have already been processed and allocated to families in need
Change of mind after a successful donation
Completed subscription periods (as donations are immediately put to use)

4. Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the eligible criteria above:

Include your transaction ID, date of charge, and reason for refund request
We will review your request within 3-5 business days
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method

5. Partial Period Subscriptions

Since subscriptions are monthly and donations are immediately allocated to help families, we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, your subscription remains active until the end of that billing cycle.

6. Payment Disputes

If you have any disputes regarding charges:

We will work with you in good faith to resolve any legitimate billing issues
Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication
